The other reviews got it right! This pasta is delicious, tastes like regular pasta, and I never get tired of it. Angel hair is my favorite. I cook it a few minutes longer than the recommended 5 so it’s softer. Then I mix in butter, basil, and a little milk for sauce. I could literally eat that everyday. Yum!

I so missed the taste of hot, yummy pasta. NOW, I can have my pasta dishes and not worry about the GI (as much as I had before) because of Dreamfields! My husband and I could not tell the difference between regular and Dreamfields pasta. Dreamfields is also backed with the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval! Need I say more?

When my husband was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year, I believed pasta would have to be eliminated from our diet. A session with his nutritionist proved me wrong and I couldn’t be happier. We all love pasta and I am so happy with Dreamfields for providing us with an alternative that won’t spike his blood sugar, but also tastes terrific.
